With over eleven years of hands-on experience, Satyendra has built a brand that goes beyond creating spaces – it crafts experiences that bring clients’ dreams to life.
From a very young age, Satyendra was fascinated by art and design. His creative instincts were evident early on, as he began sketching in the fifth grade and created decorative works for Lord Shiva idols. These decorations gained recognition in newspapers and local media, earning him praise and igniting a lifelong passion for design. These experiences laid a strong foundation for his career.
Satyendra’s professional journey began in 2011 when he joined Ar. Milind Bargal, where he spent one and a half years learning the essentials of interior design and honing his skills as an Interior Designer. This initial phase of his career provided him with technical expertise and exposure to client-focused work. Seeking to grow, he joined Ar. Manish Kumat as Project Designer and Coordinator. Here, he managed design teams, coordinated with clients, and handled site supervision, gaining practical experience in both design execution and project management.
His career later took him to Methodex Systems Ltd., Bhopal, as Zonal Project Coordinator for Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh for three years. This position expanded his knowledge of corporate structures and allowed him to oversee large-scale projects. He then joined Stellar Furniture, Indore, where his leadership skills earned promotions from Project Manager – India to Senior Manager Projects – Design & Sales. These roles gave him a comprehensive understanding of design, sales, and operations.
In 2017, driven by his passion for design, Satyendra founded Integrity Designs. The firm was officially registered on August 5, 2018, marking the beginning of a journey defined by dedication. Integrity Designs was built on delivering projects with transparency, creativity, and understanding of client needs. Since its inception, the firm has completed over 250 projects across India, gaining client trust and setting new standards in design and project management.
Integrity Designs provides civil construction, architectural design, interior design, and turnkey solutions. Satyendra believes in starting every project by understanding the client’s vision and lifestyle. His team then plans and executes with precision, ensuring spaces are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable. This philosophy has led to the successful delivery of several landmark projects. Among them, the FOMO Farmhouse in Indore, designed for Mr. Sunny Shadmani, stands out as a 5000 sq. ft. luxury space with a garden, swimming pool, and villa. Another achievement was a luxury residential complex where Integrity Designs handled turnkey execution, delivering every detail from pools to modern dressing rooms and balconies. Noteworthy projects also include the Dwarka Dish Ji Villa, a prime example of architectural excellence, and a highly praised interior project for Mr. Vikas Dawani.
Like any entrepreneur, Satyendra faced challenges. One common issue was dealing with contractors who lacked understanding of design drawings, often causing miscommunication. To overcome this, he implemented a systematic process of educating contractors and maintaining open communication. Another key challenge was managing time effectively. Satyendra believes punctuality and planning are essential to keeping projects on track. “Time is money,” he says, emphasizing that timely delivery keeps clients happy and strengthens professional relationships.
The design philosophy of Integrity Designs blends modern aesthetics with natural elements. Satyendra and his team strive to create spaces that promote a healthy lifestyle with natural light, greenery, and ventilation. This approach enhances visual appeal and ensures sustainability and comfort. He believes in tailoring designs to match the client’s budget and preferences while maintaining timelessness and a connection to nature.
