Though the journey has never been a sailing boat, but he remarkably grew the idea, bud to bloom, through his exceptional efforts.
“Creating something of international standards at a place where people are not aware, was quite a task! Also, finances had been a gross issue”. They commenced the venture with absolutely nothing and zero experience but their immense research about hotels at distinctive cities, made them prepare a report, the precise analysis of which made them discover a place to fit in with their standards. Recalling his biggest challenges of incepting the ‘Hotel Amalfi Grand’, he shares that employment of staff and making people of Patna ready for something which they haven’t ever been aware of, had been the two most challenging errands for them. Though, the scenario of current market has become more competitive after the arrival of companies like ‘Oyo’ and ‘Make My Trip’, but finding the potential in Patna was a natural fit for them. In spite of lots of companies pitching into the market, eventually they marked a competitive edge among other brands.
Reflecting his ideology and USP, Kumar Rahul Naman says, “Studying about how to run an organisation in initial stages where we needed to have all qualifications in different sectors for running a successful one; has always been an added advantage for us”.
