Mr. Devanand Khanduji Kayande, a credible educator, is an owner of ‘Samarth Agriculture College’, an educational organization engaged in teaching students of B.Sc (Agriculture). With an undying spirit of teaching students about Agriculture and imparting them with an opportunity to become sound in Agriculture field, Mr. Devanand Khanduji Kayande incepted the institution with a vision of benefiting the society through an advancement of students.

Though he faced many teething problems along with the need of finances to build a fully furnished laboratory for students, but his passion and will to serve the students, kept him going remarkably. Establishing the college had been the biggest risk for him for the reason that this novel institution might not see much students getting admissions to, which could be a huge trouble for him and the institute as well, but he overcame through the struggling process remarkably.

Asking about how he found the scope in this sector, he precisely describes, “Saturation in other fields of education like Engineering had been the key for me to identify the scope to Agriculture field”. He himself has got lower educational qualification but desires to make students impeccable Agriculturists. He has won ‘Shetinistha Shetkari Puraskar; and ‘Best Agriculture Institute Awards 2019’ for his contribution to the Agricultural education sector.
With a motive of giving back to the society and paving the way for success for the future of our nation, Mr. Devanand Khanduji Kayande is a motivational educationist and a diligent Agriculturist, who is certain of achieving something bigger in life through his assiduous efforts and burning passion for building the future agriculturists.
