The technology buff – Shashikanth is a B.E. and MBA graduate who is carrying a diverse experience of working with multiple big MNCs as a software developer. During his wholesome 10 years of work stint, he gathered specialization in many latest technologies including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He always had a knack for robotics, which also instigated him to incept the one of its kind Robotics training Academy- ‘Srisha Robotics Academy’.
Shashikanth bears an exceptionally positive attitude and always works in the direction to make things possible!
He shares, “During my career, as I have interviewed many candidates for filling the positions, I have found tremendous gaps in their skills.” After his deep research, he found that training both college as well as school students on the latest technologies will certainly enhance better employment opportunities for them. This is his career choices and diverse skill set, which has exceptionally blessed him a technical bent of mind. Deeply inspired by N. R. Narayana Murthy- the founder of Infosys, he stays intact to his love for the software field, with the aspirations to reach those heights!

Taking us back, he shares with us his story of incepting ‘Srisha Robotics Academy’. During the time he incepted ‘Srisha Robotics Academy’, the market for Robotics training was not booming like it is today. With a team of only 4 members, he began ‘Srisha Robotics Academy’ though it was much more difficult for them to reach out to different locations for being residing in rural areas. With no leads and absolutely zero experience, he jumped into this unknown territory of Robotics where revenue was a big concern. Even managing the running cost had been difficult. But his untiring love and passion for robotics paved a way to his success. Being a blessed soul, he soon got an opportunity, which was a turning point for him, and since then he never looked back!
Soon, his referrals continued to grow, and he carved an explicit niche for himself, making him mushroom his venture exceptionally.
