We are talking about Mr Suchit Reddy, the co-founder of Zircon34 Design Studio, a leading architectural firm of the country, presently. The story of his life as an entrepreneur is fascinating. Mr Reddy has completed his studies in architectural studies from NIT, Trichy. Since childhood, he was well adjusted with art & creativity, and the seed of a creative mind was implemented within him. After his completion of studies, he & his dear friend, Mr Hari Shankar made their dream possible by establishing Zircon34 Design Studio.
There are a lot of things about their firm that makes it different from the rest. The purpose is one of them. Although they are very new to the practical industry of architectural business, their thoughts, and objective as an organisation make them very unique. Through their craft, they do not like to restrict their thoughts and also work with the interior, product, and graphic designs.
Their projects are not limited, from clubs & kitchens of Hyderabad to residential projects they do everything. To them, “architecture is beyond just the space. Architecture should not only fulfil the physical/material need but should elicit an emotional response.” Now, you can understand what they intend to offer through their service. It is just not a regular job for them to get rid of as quickly as possible; they work with passion and integrity to make the space emotionally relatable.
Here is something you must know about them, a thought that is genuinely great, and should be possessed by every businessman, which is; ” We believe that with the interplay of light with lively colours and spacious interiors, the layout, and architecture of a hospital can improve the lives of patients. This is probably a small way in which we can hope to make an impact on society.”
“An opportunity will never announce its arrival. So, keep your options open and strike when the iron is hot.”- Suchit Reddy
No road to success is smooth. Having unparalleled knowledge will not work if you do not have field experience, and this is precisely what happened to them. At the very beginning of their start-up, they faced the issue of communication. Although there was not any exterior complexity, the inside problem was huge enough. But luckily they got themselves a couple of clients in the first year. Therefore, they limited their projects for that year & worked hard to learn every small element that needed to be learnt. He says, ” Being patient with our clients and in our growth has been a key determiner of our success”.
Even though they were struggling the first year, the first project ever with PRISM Club & Kitchen brought them locale & international recognition. The only motto that stays through all times for them is, “Spaces shouldn’t just satisfy the function but also the spirit. It should create an emotional bond between the user and space.”
