Located in Kalyan (West), Maharashtra, NAKODA ARCHITECTS stands as a testament to perseverance and passion in the field of architecture. From an early age, I displayed a penchant for design, space, and color, garnering recognition for my academic prowess both in school and college. Recognizing my talent, my class teacher urged me to pursue a career in architecture, setting the stage for my journey.
After honing my skills with five years of experience in the architectural domain, I took the leap to embark on a freelance career in 2015. Fueled by a relentless drive to transform visions into reality, I established NAKODA ARCHITECTS in 2019. However, just as my dream was beginning to take shape, the unforeseen challenges of the global lockdown in 2020 threatened to derail my aspirations.
The onset of the lockdown brought unprecedented disruption, casting a shadow of uncertainty over my fledgling business. Despite meticulous planning and dedication, the sudden halt in operations left my savings depleted and my business on the brink of collapse. However, amid the chaos, a ray of hope emerged in the form of unwavering support from my clients.
Grateful for the trust they had placed in me, I was determined not to let adversity dictate the course of my journey. With resilience and resourcefulness, I navigated the challenges posed by the lockdown, leveraging technology and innovation to adapt to the new normal. As restrictions eased, I recommenced work on projects that had been put on hold, seizing every opportunity to revive my business.
The trust and support of my clients proved to be a lifeline, breathing new life into NAKODA ARCHITECTS. With four projects resuming immediately post-lockdown, I found myself propelled forward by a renewed sense of purpose and determination. In every setback, I found valuable lessons, learning from past mistakes and incorporating them into our processes to emerge stronger and more resilient.
Throughout this tumultuous journey, I am indebted to the unwavering support of my parents, who stood by me through thick and thin. Their encouragement and belief in my abilities bolstered my resolve, reminding me that even in the darkest of times, there is always a glimmer of hope.
