A Business Tycoon In Just 4 Years: His Journey Has A Lot To Teach
Anshuman Tripathi, the owner of Nirman Group, is a young entrepreneur who started his journey just 4 years ago, and now holds a business that has a turnover of 3cr.
Born in Gonda (U.P.) He is graduated in the Civil Engineering stream & also obtained a title of a chartered engineer from the Institution Of Engineers (INDIA) After completing his B.Tech. in 2014, he worked with Some prestigious construction companies eg: ZIPL, GIPL, L&T, GMR & BSCPL in DFCC( Ministry of Railways), Agra-Lucknow Expressway (UPEIDA) & NH-56 Varanasi to Sultanpur projects.
Everything About The Start-Up
In July 2016, he resigned from his job & started a start-up NIRMAN ASSOCIATE as an entrepreneur in April 2017 in Designing, Construction, Engineering, Execution, Interior & Consultancy. Completed till 35+ Commercial & 115+ Residential Projects till January, 2021. Nirman Associate winner in 2020 for quality excellence in INDIA 5000 Best MSME startup Companies in all over INDIA.
He is also an Associate Member in Institution of Engineers (INDIA), Associate Member in Institution of Indian Interior Designers, Professional Member in Association of Designers of India, Life Member in Indian Building Congress, and Member in Institution of Rail Transport (Ministry of Railways).
Presently, he is happily married to Priyanka Tripathi. He is furthermore interested in Travelling to new places, Photography, making new friends & social activities.
Not only did he make something great out of his best interests, but he is alsowell known in UP East for Interior designing & Construction with innovative ideas.
Coming back to his business, the Nirman Associate is a Service provider of Architectural, engineering, interior, designer furniture. His vision is to make his firm the world’s premier engineering, construction, and project management organization by achieving extraordinary results for their customers, building satisfying careers for their people, and earning a fair return on the value they deliver.
The Nirman Associate completed over 35 Commercial Projects and 115+ Residential Projects. They are a result-driven, extremely effective business leader with over 13+ years of Professional experience of comprehensive large Scale management, Design & engineering experience.
He and his team are especially skilled in Cash Flow, Budget control, Strategic Planning & problem resolution. They utilize a modern, eco-friendly & high user satisfaction methodology. They Enhance customer value by delivering service engineering for optimum maintenance & meaningful impact.
The Encouragement Behind
Needless to say that he aims high but what is that thing that brought him the inspiration, let us tell you that.
In this interview, he told us about his view. He said and we quoted: “When I looked closely at the problem of unemployment in the country, I felt that after learning professional studies, if I do the job, then only my future will improve and if I start a startup, then there will be many other people besides me and I will also contribute something in the economy of the country. There will be cooperation and at the same time, an example will be set in our area which is seen today.”
Other than that, Mr. Ratan Tata is his idol and someone whom he looks up to. To him, Mr. Tata is a man of principles. No matter the situation he has never compromised on his principles, and from his words, Mr. Tripathi takes all the inspiration.
Although his works speak louder than his words yet we want to convey a few words of wisdom from him to you.
