The CA Rank Holder- Aswini Bajaj is the founder of a fast-growing Business Consultancy firm- ‘Leveraged Growth’ operating across 4 verticals – ‘Management Consulting’, ‘Research Advisory’, ‘Corporate Training’, and ‘Learning & Development. He is a Commerce Graduate from ‘St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata’, and has accomplished degrees in CA, CS, CFA, FRM, CAIA, CIPM, CCRA, CIIB, CIRA & AIM. This extremely educated Professional has been invited as a Guest Lecturer at prestigious institutes like ‘ICA’, ‘IAIP’ and B-Schools: ‘Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bengaluru’, ‘Thakur College, Mumbai’, ‘ILead’ and ‘BIBS’, to name a few….
Recalling the events of ingraining passion for teaching, Aswini shares, ”At 23, while working in Gurgaon, it had been my privilege to teach experienced professionals over the weekends. I enjoyed the deed of imparting knowledge to others; which also inspired me to commence a full time profession and do what I loved the most”.
Backed with the right support system and his relentless drive to do more, the other verticals were a natural progression in the area of Finance & Management. Currently, he has been training thousands of Professionals globally for CFA, FRM, CA and Financial Modeling.
He discloses that many people supported him during different phases of life and mentored him to become a better version of himself with every passing day. He immensely admires ‘Ratan Tata’ and ‘E. Sreedharan’ for their strong value system and work ethics.
He is an exceptional believer and follower of the saying “You are the sum of books you read and the people you surround yourself with”.
Fortunate for not having to face extreme situations in life, Aswini shares gratitude to his exceptionally supportive and protective family. But on the flip side, enumerates a rough patch of quitting his comfortable and well paying Corporate Job, that too at the time when he wasn’t doing financially well, to embark on his journey to become a Trainer, Faculty and Consultant.

Invited as a Chief Guest for Republic Day at ‘St. Xavier’s Collegiate School, Kolkata’ and covered by ‘Business Standard’ for a lecture in Mumbai, Aswini Bajaj believes in improving himself daily by working hard, keeping a strong value system, and believes that his attachment to students and team fosters his unique traits.
Invited as a Guest Lecturer at Stock Exchanges: NSE & BSE and Colleges: St. Xavier’s College, JDBI, BGES, Kolkata, Christ University, Bengaluru and awarded with ‘Best Finance Trainer in India’ by ‘India Education Awards, 2019’, Aswini Bajaj aspires to generate employment in his home town- Kolkata.
