Mr. Vishal Kalra, the owner of Designistic, is a fairly young man in the business area of marketing but certainly a bright one to date. Mr. Kalra is from a small village called Apra in Jalandhar, an ordinary guy who got his education in a very basic way.
However, he was not comfortable with the classroom and got his niche, which was Marketing, Understanding People easily, not only sensing people but adding value to it. Therefore, his instinct was directed towards Marketing and Branding.
Started his career at 23 and within a year he became a Business guy, who does marketing and branding and believes in giving back to society, and also runs an NGO.
Not every other entrepreneur of his age has the same intention as his. Mr. Kalra, being a small-town boy, wanted to contribute to society through his work. Therefore, choosing Marketing has opened various opportunities for him to achieve his goal.
In an interview with us, he explained “Today’s Scenario, which is Unemployment and all, I think with my startup I am helping the talented youth of my hometown to grow and prosper not only for their family and their own but for the country too”.
In his words, he further explained that although India is an amazing country, he would love to do something which is more towards giving it back to society. For this, he is going to create a new Startup with his colleagues, where they are going to create a platform where aspirants can enter without fear. This will make them eligible for all the big careers in the world. This is something that he wants to create, “It’s not about the big company, it’s about whether you know which company will be big in the next 10 years. Nobody knows that” he says.
Apart from this, he is thinking of expanding his own business as Franchise,
“It will be a new type of Franchise, All the quality work will be from my office that will be a kind of business Development Franchise, An IT Company having its Franchise is also a Unique thing.”
To him, Ideas were Endless. While designing his niche, Ideas were many. Thus, Designistic was something which came abruptly.
While he was doing Marketing Research at the university, he grew interested in Finance, but marketing was something that his local area lacked, “there are so many companies IT/Non-IT, Technical/Non-technical who struggle to send a message to the customer. So, I decided to take it as a Business Problem.”
Presently, not only Punjab but companies from outside India too came to him. So, the idea is the same as if you face a problem in approaching the Customer, he is the guy you go to.
This incredible young entrepreneur has recently won the Young Entrepreneur Award 2020 by Indian Achievers Award and there are many more to come.
