Built The Company From The Scratch, He Now Holds The Top Position In His Industry
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Khemka, the owner of PINAX STEEL INDUSTRIES PVT LTD, is a resident of the city of Patna. He has completed his studies at Patna as well. After the completion of his studies, his core interest grew in Accountancy and Financial Management and drew his attention to my father’s business. He found this opportunity a better way to do things and save small pennies. His everyday passion & interest to learn more and add more products to the company list made him the person he is today.
The Company
The company got its registration or commencement under The Companies Act 1956 on 20-10-1995. As a team, he grew up with this company & lived a common dream together. The Pinax Steel is currently operated from Kolkata (West Bengal) as Corporate Office, he elaborated. And along with its entire manufacturing operations, it has been taken care of at Patna (Bihar). The company has a clientele presence all over India and neighboring countries like Bangladesh.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Khemka further shares his passion for the company, by adding, “We have tried our best by creating benchmarks to grow year on year. We grow with our team, and when your team group it’s the company that creates impact in the market/society by creating more employment opportunities, contribution to GDP, and better product/service availability in the market.”
Pinax Steel Industries is currently engaged in the business of manufacturing engineered steel products. It is fully equipped to carry out the entire manufacturing process of products like EFW Gratings, Steps & Ladder, Handrail, G.I. Pipes / Chequered Plate, and Pre-Engineered Buildings. The company mainly solves problems persisting in the market for the most reliable products and good business practices is the prime problem catered by them. The products manufactured here have a healthy competition, however, the aim is also to stand out with the quality product, best business practices, and standing to their commitment.
What Was The Encouragement Behind?
Upon asking this question, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Khemka tells us…
“Passion is what encourages me to start a business and to provide goods working space to the upcoming generation with an opportunity to learn more.“
As an entrepreneur, he looks forward to expanding the business and preparing Pinax as an aspiring company for new talents. Being a director of three different verticals like Steel, Paper (Kraft Paper), and Education, he has always tried to find out the unexplored areas which can be an added feather to his area of interest.
No one other than his father, Lt. Murlidhar Khemka, has been his biggest inspiration. It is him, from whom he learned Basic Ethics, Moral of Life, and guidance to the right path.
Without his father’s blessing and of course, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Khemka’s nonstop struggle, he would not have been awarded so many prizes. Such as Conferred the 1st Rank under SSI category by the National Productivity Council Award in 2009, National Award-2010 by Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises for Outstanding Entrepreneurship in 2011, S.R. Rungta Memorial Award for the year 2011 by the Bihar Industries Association for Excellent performance by a Small scale industry in Bihar, and so many others.
