Successfully scaling many ventures spanning across the globe, Ashutosh Bandekar and Prabhat Ranjan are co-founders and directors of ‘IFLUX IIT & MEDICAL ACADEMY’, which impeccably imparts coaching for competitive exams like IITJEE, NEET, BITSAT, AIIMS, CET, etc. Prabhat Ranjan is the founder & director of DETTIN, a clothing brand as well.
The diligent entrepreneur, Ashutosh Bandekar, is also the director of ‘ENVAGOR ENTERPRISES’, an Apparel manufacturing, exporting & online selling firm, and owns a clothing brand- ‘ENVAGOR’ as well. He discovered at a very young age that dreams cannot be fulfilled by being into a job, and the only possible way of acquiring great wealth is through business & investments. His business mind instigated him to explore numerous business models and investment opportunities from the age of 18.
With an experience of 14 plus years, Ashutosh has ventured into over 21 businesses in merely 4 years, out of which many failed but he made it big through the 4 successful businesses, and finally commenced his journey to give back to the society by venturing into the education sector through ‘IFLUX IIT & MEDICAL ACADEMY’. And he proudly shares, “Our academy has aided over 1000 students in fulfilling their dreams of being doctors & engineers through top notch institutes in India, and their success brings immense joy to our team and keeps us motivated in continuing the service”.
He looks up to Robert Kiyosaki as his inspiration, who has given a lot to society in terms of financial education & self education. He immensely believes in a saying by Robert Kiyosaki – ‘Traditional education can give you a living, but self education will make you a fortune’ and reflects, “It reminds me to keep learning & sharing with the world what we have to offer”.
The business tycoon, Ashutosh is the director of many ventures including ‘BONESNPAWS’, which a drop shipping business with online selling throughout the US, Europe, Canada, Australia. He also owns ‘SCALEMEDIA’ – a Media Agency cum Branding, PR, Digital marketing & sales venture, and ‘FLYINGTRIPS’ – A hospitality business which deals with daily rentals of luxurious properties for vacation.
Sharing a bit about the struggles he faced during incepting ‘IFLUX IIT & MEDICAL ACADEMY’, Ashutosh recalls, “Starting from bottom and competing with the national brands has always been a challenge, but our aim of providing quality education to students kept us focused, which also helped us evolve by maintaining our success rate through 100% results of students, and eventually we were awarded as the ‘BEST IIT & NEET COACHING’ by Blindwink”.
Ashutosh recalls the quote- “Courage is not the lack of fear. It is acting in spite of it”, and believes in working towards the dreams by not compromising with them. Adding, “Starting hiring best faculties for our institute without being sure of admissions, could be stated as the biggest risk we took in 2018, and eventually, we provided the best to the few students we had, which resulted in 100% results and soon we witnessed a drastic change in scale with 500+ students in 2019”.
Ashutosh, who has a mission to educate 1 million students in the next 10 years through their institute, himself aspires to never stop learning, as he is always eager to learn new things and share with the world.
