Today, at the age of 35, Azeem oversees a thriving business that operates multiple outlets in educational institutes and provides pantry food services for Indian Railways. Memon World is recognized not just for its commercial success but also for its impact on society, providing employment opportunities and enhancing the dining experiences of students and railway passengers alike.

He serves as the Vice President of the Event Committee at Minhaj Ul Quran International, the Director of the Chishty Foundation Maharashtra, the Director of the Madariya Foundation Maharashtra, the Youth President of the All India Ulama Board Maharashtra, a Trustee of the Hasan Vohra Madarasa and Masjid Welfare Trust, and the Director of Arbab E Tarikat Hyderabad. He is also the Festival Director of the International Sufi Rang Festival Ajmer India for the past 13 years. These roles highlight his commitment to community service and his efforts to make a positive impact beyond his business.
