A: I am currently 46 years old and was 41 when we started the business.

A: I spent 18 years working as an IT professional in Bangalore. During that time, I identified a gap in the market for organized property management services, which inspired me to start Homeambit LLP. Today, we manage over 700 properties successfully, addressing this unmet need.
Q: When did you start Homeambit LLP, and what is its current status?
A: Homeambit LLP was established in 2019, and we are proud to say that it is running successfully, providing comprehensive property management services.
Q: How does your business impact the market and society?
A: We offer a range of home management services designed to help property owners manage their assets with ease and reliability. From inspections to tenant management and maintenance, we handle every aspect, providing peace of mind to owners, particularly NRIs and those living away from their properties.
Q: What problem does your business solve?
A: The primary issue we address is the lack of organized property management services in India. We leverage technology to ensure smooth communication and management for property owners, particularly those who are unable to oversee their properties themselves.
Q: What is the unique selling proposition (USP) of Homeambit LLP?
A: Our USP is that we are a one-stop solution for all property management needs. We utilize the latest technology to stay connected with both property owners and tenants, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
Q: What are your future business prospects?
A: Currently, we provide our services in Bangalore, but we are looking to expand into other major metro cities across India soon.
Q: What encouraged you to start your business?
A: The struggles faced by property owners living outstation were the primary motivation for us. We wanted to solve these challenges and offer a hassle-free property management solution through Homeambit.
Q: What type of struggles or problems did you face as an entrepreneur?
A: Transitioning from a corporate job of 18 years to launching and managing a business was a significant challenge. The biggest hurdle was overcoming self-doubt and trusting in our vision, especially in the early stages.
Q: What have you learned from these struggles, and how did you overcome them?
A: Building a successful business is all about setting up robust processes, developing an efficient system, creating a strong team, and continually evolving by integrating new technologies to enhance customer service.
Q: What essentials were needed to start your business?
A: Starting Homeambit LLP required thorough market research, a well-crafted business plan, proper financing, strong branding, and effective operational systems to successfully launch the business.
Q: How did you identify the market opportunity?
A: We defined clear business objectives, identified our target audience, conducted detailed market research, analyzed competitors, and identified the gaps in the market that we could address with our services.
Q: What makes you unique as an entrepreneur?
A: Entrepreneurs are driven by the ability to find solutions to problems and spot opportunities where others don’t. This innovation and problem-solving mindset are what make entrepreneurs stand out.
Q: What have been your learnings from entrepreneurship?
A: Some of the key lessons include the importance of taking calculated risks, learning from failures, adapting to changing market trends, having a clear purpose, and maintaining passion for your vision.
Q: Do you have any advice for aspiring entrepreneurs?
A:
My advice would be to thoroughly understand your potential customers’ pain points, conduct proper research, and engage with them to get insights. Be able to describe their problems better than they can, and you’ll find solutions that resonate.
