Laying It Out In The Field With Bosco

Designing and developing is an art of thought laid out in the real world. The architect and interior designer Reagan Bosco believes this to be his way of giving back to society. Maintaining a self-sufficient and sustainable infrastructure may be a tricky job due to the various needs of people. Different minds occupy different individual expressions of the way they want their surroundings to be or look. The Macrealities Director believes that in order to seek a more encompassing approach towards these issues, designers should be approachable and user-friendly.

“The market is being catered into different categories. These differences have created a gap in society. In order to tap the void created we are working towards this”.

Reagan Bosco began Macrealities to combat the development of unorganized sectors that had created a void in the process of architecture. He encountered his dream when he went on-site visits with his Dad, where the act of laying out his creativity and innovation on land seemed profound. His motto is to turn dreams to reality, and in those moments of site seeing he knew what he was.

“Realizing the role to organize the unorganized sector was the opportunity that we saw which is still being in the market. There are no defined process or an organized way in this field”.

To him, his father has posed as the epitome of a role model. Be it professional life or personal, he did not budge from making bold moves for a better future, and this idealization left a lasting impact on Reagan, and then began the journey towards creating something relishing. And so came Macrealities, which has been in the architectural industry for the past six years.

However, this does not imply a lack of setbacks. In fact, the most impugned struggle that Reagan Bosco had to overcome was criticism. In a varied field such as interior designing, everybody is entitled to their own opinions, deeming those of the fellow achievers less valued. But real progress began when he started embracing the criticism and learning from it. This hasn’t only helped him have a more pragmatic approach towards his profession, but also given him a broader perspective of ideas.

“I always ensure my clients to know that design is simply an extension of the essence of one’s self, functioning solely on their behalf.”

He wants to work towards being a more approachable and user-friendly designer. And to accomplish that, he needs to stay updated on the recent inventions and technologies. Of course, one cannot expect to succeed without determination and will. Hard work is a crucial aspect of success and those who understand this simple terminology open their path towards the journey of self-development.

Learning from past mistakes is important, not just in architecture and interior designing but in any other field. This is what Reagan Bosco says to his junior designers too. And that is how he has attained and achieved the remarkable position he is at now.
