He began with an Interior Designing Diploma, later pursued an MBA, and immersed himself in the real-world learning that only client projects, construction sites, and design deadlines can teach.

By 2019, the time felt right, and ONNEXT Interios was born. It wasn’t just a company—it was a culmination of a vision to redefine how people experienced their interiors. From designing premium homes to luxury banquet halls and retail spaces, ONNEXT evolved into a trusted name in Bengaluru for high-quality, bespoke interiors tailored to each client’s vision, budget, and aspirations.

What makes Mudabbir’s journey remarkable isn’t just his success—it’s how he turned challenges into stepping stones. Cash flow issues early in his career taught him the importance of financial discipline. Intense competition pushed him to sharpen ONNEXT’s value proposition. And personal struggles—balancing family responsibilities while scaling a company—instilled in him the power of emotional intelligence and resilience. “Success comes when you’re honest with yourself, adapt quickly, and keep moving forward,” he reflects.

They introduced more than 100 global brands into their portfolio, created over 50,000 customization options, and launched ultra-premium interior packages with lifetime warranties—features that became industry benchmarks.

He was recently felicitated by Bipasha Basu with the Blindwink India Design Award 2025 for ‘Outstanding Innovation & Excellence In Curating Luxury Interiors’ – ONNEXT Interios.

In 2023, recognizing the need to scale with quality, Mudabbir executed a company-wide transformation. He onboarded senior industry professionals with over 15 years of specialized experience and initiated a rebranding of ONNEXT Interios. This strategic realignment culminated in April 2024, positioning the company for national expansion and global relevance.

The recognition that followed was swift and significant. Awards such as “Indian Iconic Entrepreneur of the Year 2024,” “Fastest Emerging Interior Designing Company of the Year,” and “Outstanding Innovation & Excellence in Curating Luxury Interiors 2025” validated the brand’s leadership. But Mudabbir remained humble. “Awards are a reflection of our impact. But for me, the real reward is a client walking into their new space and saying—‘This feels like me.’”

Looking ahead, ONNEXT Interios is eyeing pan-India expansion, targeting key cities like Hyderabad, Chennai, Mysuru, Mumbai, and Pune. His approach? Smart partnerships with builders, tailored strategies for each region, and a local-meets-global design aesthetic. “We don’t believe in copy-paste design. Every city has its soul. We just help bring it to life through design,” he says.

Beyond the technical, Mudabbir is driven by a deeper philosophy. “I believe leadership is about elevation—not just of business, but of everyone it touches. Clients, teammates, craftsmen, even communities. At ONNEXT, design is the beginning, not the end. It’s the start of transformation.
