The Chief Executive Officer of YEO HR India Private Limited (www.yeohrindia.com) and various businesses, S.Adhiyaman Udhaiyan is an inspirational man with a great career story. With over 17 years in BPO, Sales & Business Development and over 10 years in a PEO back-office, Adhiyaman S is a seasoned operation and sales expert across various industries with extensive experience in spearheading growth across PEOs, Staffing Agencies, & startups.
He is passionate about helping entrepreneurial-minded clients achieve their business goals and achieve operational excellence. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, a workaholic, and loves spending time with his family. He heads multiple businesses as CEO through his consulting business including YEO HR India Private Limited since 2016 and currently managing businesses with over 900 employees all companies put together through his consulting company.
S. Adhiyaman’s business impacts society in a way that his team helps support a handful of non-profit organizations and their architecture and design specialization is in Back Office Support, US Accounting, US Payroll Processing, and Reconciliations. The business solves client losses and lack of efficiency and their USP is Cost Saving, Efficiency, and Accuracy.
S.Adhiyaman Udhaiyan’s future plans for the business are a few acquisitions with IT consulting companies and he was inspired to be an executive with the sole purpose of being independent and doing something he felt was right. As a Chief Executive Officer of multiple businesses, he believes that what sets him apart is his ability to be straightforward, and flexible, and he was motivated to work with a team. Though managing multiple businesses, YEO HR India Company is the closest to Udhaiyan’s heart, as this was his first job as CEO.

S.Adhiyaman Udhaiyan has learned that knowledge is power and that there’s a lot for anyone to learn even though you have been in the same profession for years. You have to keep yourself updated, a little bit of being hands-on will always help in the long run.
The company has also bagged various awards including India 5000 MSME Award 2021, India 500 CEO Award 2021, and MSME India Business Award 2022.
