Yaswanth joined CBRE, an MNC company, as a Project Manager for Commercial & Office Interior Projects, where he worked with prestigious clients like Capgemini, Hyundai Mobis, Samsung, J.P. Morgan Chase, and many others.

It was during this time that Yaswanth’s dream of starting his own firm took root. He envisioned a company that would offer modern, unique designs at affordable prices. In December 2019, he took the leap, resigning from his position at CBRE to establish “My Nest Interiors & Constructions.”
The name, chosen by his father, reflects the warmth and comfort that his company aims to provide to its clients. His mother and wife, both offering unwavering support, played pivotal roles in turning this dream into reality.

My Nest Interiors & Constructions officially began its journey in January 2020. Today, the company boasts an office in Hyderabad’s prime location and successfully executes projects all over India. Their portfolio is as diverse as it is impressive, spanning from house constructions to interiors, pre-fab structures to apartments, and office interiors to commercial spaces.

One of the company’s standout achievements is its ability to provide cost-effective backlit surfaces. While industry standards range from 2000-5000 INR per square foot, My Nest Interiors & Constructions has accomplished this at just 500 INR per square foot.
