She strongly believes that “NOTHING is IMPOSSIBLE” when one adopts a never say die attitude. Neha’s mantra is “One doesn’t realize one’s full potential unless one faces critical situations and challenges head-on”. Seeing work pressure, stress, conflicts and politics in the corporate environment I started my own business to provide a one-stop solution to organizational problems, stress and productivity. (2020)
iMpossible was founded in 2020 and currently, iMpi provides a one-stop solution to all organizational problems. iMpi is the need of the hour. Life teaches us how to compete, how to speak, how to succeed, and how to react while iMpossible India trains people how to collaborate, how to listen, how to rise after multiple failures, and how to respond. Lack of mind training leads to stress. The team trains human minds for uncertain and ever-changing situations. They also train people to make their IMpossible Possible.
The business offers Training, Coaching, Consulting, Healing, Counseling, and Skill Development to its clients and it solves problems related to Mental Resilience, Productivity, Retention, Focus, and Behavioral Issues.
The business has proved to be the one-stop solution for individuals & organizational problems which can provide services PAN India.
The future goals of the business involve growing internationally. The fact that no single-stop solution provider was available for individuals and organizations for their holistic issues is what encouraged Neha to start her business. According to Neha Gupt, the late Mrs Sushma Swaraj & Prime Minister Narendra Modi are her idols for their indomitable spirit, influencing oration, knowledge and service towards the nation.
As a new player in the market, the company faced challenges to acquire new clients with low capital and no sales team. Social Awareness and breaking the century-old stigma to spend on self-improvement, emotional well-being and mental health is still a problem in our industry.
In her personal life, she has gone through fatal health issues. She is a survivor of acute pancreatitis, has gone through depression due to work-life imbalance and experienced mental health issues, and relationship issues. All these personal tremors built up and inspired her to start this venture iMpossible India.
The essentials needed to start the business and pursue the profession were capital to run the venture for 3 years without funding. Website, Social media management, collaboration with experts all across India, and a good business network. The name Neha means Love. As an entrepreneur, Neha is trying to bring this element of love into everybody’s life. Her attitude to never give up has helped her grow professionally.
Collaborating with her own competitors has been great learning for Neha. An advice Neha has for aspiring entrepreneurs before starting any business is to always build a good network that can help you grow professionally. You shouldn’t be overconfident about your ideas, roadmap, planning, etc. as nature has its own plans which may go against our will at any time. You should be adaptable to the changing environment.
