Inodes was founded by Deleep CV in 2001, at an age of 26 when most of the youngsters would have been chalking out their career plans. He has been instrumental in identifying new opportunities and forming the overall strategic plan of the firm. Involved in the business of architecture, interior designing and infrastructure industry, Inodes have proudly completed 700+ projects, with an illustrious milestone of 100+ hotel projects.
In the recent past, Inodes has successfully collaborated with prestigious hotels chains, contactors, and engineering firms across India to satisfy the customer demands. The firm has delivered successful projects in collaborations with Indraprastha group of hotels, Sky group, Saugandhika group of hotels, AK group of concern, Ginger hotels to name a few. The collaboration with Ginger hotels deserves a special mention, as it is a moment of great contentment and pride for Deleep and his team. Ginger Hotels is a pioneer, multiple award-winning and most trusted chain of lean luxury hotels in India. It is one of the leading brands in hospitality management, part of Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), a subsidiary of the Tata Group. Currently commercial Projects for Iona and Jubilee are progressing fast in Bangalore and Wayanad respectively.
Being an ardent follower of Henry Ford, Deleep literally observe the quote

Inodes has taken the fast-growing town of Chalakudy in central Kerala as its base. This strategic office location offers convenience and connectivity. Having Kerala’s biggest International airport in the near vicinity is an added advantage of Chalakudy. The Cochin International airport is only a 20 minutes’ drive away. Deleep’s firm is known to offer top-notch competencies in all infrastructure development requirements. While discussing about those initial years, Deleep candidly opens up, according to him,

Today Inodes is a well-known name in the segment with humongous equity among its clients and other stakeholders. Known for unique & sustainable designs and high level of client satisfaction, Inodes is making the right noise in the market. Deleep says,

It was at Mathew & Saira Architects, where Deleep learned the tricks of the trade, which he now capitalizes to take Inodes to new heights. This Kochi based architectural firm is the one which he had joined in 1991, just after graduating in Civil Engineering. Those precious 9 years of experience laid the foundation for his venture which he formed in 2001.
No entrepreneurial journey is complete without its share of struggle. Two of the biggest challenges faced by Deleep during his entrepreneur journey are, not having a mentor and his struggle with stagnation. Driven by passion he learned the fundamentals and deep dived into a highly competitive industry. Having a mentor would have been an added advantage, especially to build the right connections in the industry. However, true passion combined with hard work helped him to overcome this challenge and successfully build an organization. The comfort offered by stagnation came as a hurdle after a few years of operation. His vision to take the organization to next level, helped him to tackle this period of stagnation and achieve new feat. Venturing to the Star hotel construction industry was a product of clear vision and strategy formed to overcome the stagnation, which he succeeded with flying colours.
While sharing his experience and learnings, Deleep says,
“Finding real passion in your projects will bring ideas, innovation, and energy. This passion and excitement can be conveyed into your teammates and the result will be more than fruitful.”

Being recipient of some prestigious awards and accolades, is the proof of Deleep’s success in this field. He has been awarded “Most Creative Interior Designers of the year 2021, Kerala Award” under Hospitality, Residential and Commercial projects category for the year 2021, followed by “D&S 50 under 50 Most Innovative Architects 2021 Award.” He is also being recognised as the 10 most prominent interior designers of India 2021. We just hope that more such recognitions keep pouring into Deleep’s kitty for his amazing work.
