Mahendra Kumar Nayak, the founder of A&M Group is a Civil Engineer with MTech in Structure. In last 8 years he has been instrumental in delivering some of the much talked about large scale projects in Raipur – Mukhya Mantri Awas Yojana, Janpat Panchayat (Basna, Saraipali), Kalinga University, Amba Devi Mandir, Wallfort Woods, Wallfort Valley, Wallfort Alenciya, and Wallfort Vatika. Even though Mahendra had earlier bagged a government job, his bitter experience prompted him to quit and start his own business. Since then, he has vowed not to work under anybody and be his own boss.
