Sarthak’s journey is rooted in legacy. His father and uncle established Bansal Builders in 1985, creating a trusted name in construction. Growing up in this environment gave him a deep respect for the craft, but when he stepped into leadership in 2019, he brought with him an MBA in business strategy and infrastructure management—and a determination to take the business into a new era.

Today, SKR operates across Delhi, Gurugram, and Jaipur, with over 80 completed projects ranging from luxury residences to high-performance commercial hubs. Each project is designed with an eye on sustainability, community needs, and long-term value.
Taking the reins at just 26 was no easy feat. Sarthak faced doubts about his age and modern ideas, pushback from vendors, and delays in execution. Yet, these challenges shaped his philosophy: reputation may open doors, but resilience and consistency keep them open. Over time, his results spoke for themselves.
One of his strongest assets is emotional intelligence—the ability to listen, connect, and lead with empathy. This people-first mindset has helped him build strong, lasting relationships in an industry often driven by short-term gains.

Looking ahead, he envisions a real estate sector built on transparency, green building practices, and integration with smart city planning. His call for reform is clear—create a customer-focused, environmentally conscious industry that serves generations to come.
Recognition has followed his work, with honors from Adani Cement, Gaur City, Unity Group, and Rathi Steel, as well as awards like the Appreciation Award by Kamdhenu TMT Bars, Sales Excellence from Rockstrong Cement, and the Contribution Award from the All India Business Association. Yet, for Sarthak, the most valuable recognition comes from clients who return to SKR, project after project.
His advice to aspiring professionals is simple: “Have clarity of purpose. Learn from the ground up. Respect your team and honor your commitments. Technology will change the tools we use, but human insight will always lead the way. Build for the future, not just the present.”
