Santosh Dave, an Electronics & Communication Engineer is the Director of ‘Little coins Preschool’. This competent engineer after completing his tenure in an electronics company as Hardware Engineer, got selected as an Assistant Campus Director in SUV international School, Surat (Gujarat). With a stint of 1 year in that school, he listened to his instincts and soon incepted his own preschool – ‘Little coins Preschool’ in 2017, which got its name from his wife ‘Krupali Dave’. Mr. Santosh Dave shares deep gratitude to his wife, mother, father and grandmother for supporting him in every decision for his school.

Witnessing a number of college mates for not being able to express themselves as well as falling short of realizing the importance of daily, he built an idea of developing a preschool to make kids understand the importance of relations by bestowing them with good education envisioning making them good humans. He considers Mr. Dilip Buha – who was a campus director of SUV International School as his role model who taught him moral values and their importance in the life of a student.

Santosh Dave, who considers tough period of time as our biggest teacher, believes in learning from every struggle one faces. He states embarking on a journey to new terrain having a severe competition with numerous branded preschools in that area where he commenced his own preschool, as his biggest challenge. But parents’ undying need of imparting best innovative studies to their children paved the way for his preschool.

Santosh Dave believes that children being most pure souls and un-touched by the impurities of society, can be moulded in whatever way one wants, and the seeds of imbibing the thoughts of being one with God, family and nation, can certainly been sown in tender age. Santosh, who is wholeheartedly dedicated to his work, tried to bestow the students with some spiritual education besides infiltrating nationalism among them by saying ‘Vande Matram’ at school. For such innovative initiatives,’ ‘Little coins Preschool’ has won ‘Best Emerging Preschool in Gandhinagar’, and he owes a big thanks to all his dedicated staff and parents of students of his school.
