Ashish Paliwal – Owner, Pleco Migration Private Limited
Ashish Paliwal is a passionate entrepreneur who loves his work like nothing else. His steady source of motivation drives him to deliver his best every time and his passion has led him to challenge himself daily during his past job, eventually making him learn new skills to work in a better way. “I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself”, admits the ardent entrepreneur.
He had been employed for a few years and doing quite well until one day when he realized that he is only building other’s dream, to which he found his calling for his entrepreneurial dreams, and left his steady source of income to discover what life has to offer him through his entrepreneurial journey. The dreamer and a visionary always knew that he was destined for something great, which prompted him to halt for a second to understand how the world works and then reversed the equation. “In real world, you either be an Entrepreneur or you work for one!” he exclaims. That day he decided to wear multiple hats till the world turns in his favor to build his own dreams.
Ashish candidly discloses that he loves to interact with new people in his daily life. Taking motivation from himself every day, he confesses to making several mistakes, but proudly shares that he has also learned a lot from them. “My mistakes- my failures inspire me to do best for the next time”, he reflects.
Asserting problems as a part of life, Ashish says that it all depends upon us whether we receive the problems as a headache or a new challenge thrown by life. “I also faced many breakdowns in my life and extracted the possibilities out of them”, he recalls. He believes, “Taking risks is a key to success”, and recalls his share of struggles – “When I decided to render my own company, I fall short of money, to which I had asked my father for money. I was novel in business but I took the chance and incepted my business with a small Investment”.
Looking up to his brother, who had been in the same field but working in some other company, Ashish realized the potential in the market and his interest favored him for commencing his own company- ‘Pleco Migration’, alongside his brother. He has been running his company for the past 2 and half years, & eventually grew it to turnover of 10 lacs, and has recently won ‘India Business Awards 2019’ in the category of ‘Best Immigration Consultant of Delhi’ sponsored by Blindwink for their incredible performance.
A good communicator with a capability of easily relating to other people, Ashish always listens to his staff to relate with the people working for him in his organisation. “I allow them to fully self express themselves for letting me discover new possibilities in their work”. He adds,” I am not afraid of failure, in fact, I think it is an essential part of the experimental process that takes you to success”.
