Up-scaling the quality of marketing solutions, Umesh Ahirrao founded Osumare Marketing Solutions, which is an extensive performance driven digital marketing agency. B.Tech in IT and MBA in Marketing from Pune University, Umesh is currently pursuing PhD. in CSR. Being vision driven, he began his new venture – ‘Osumare Pvt. Ltd’, farseeing its scope. He has a knack for reading books, exploring new places, amassing old coins and attending global conferences. Hailing from the most backward area of Maharashtra, he had always dreamt of establishing his own company. He always had a strong urge to start such a venture in Nandurbar that would be escalated on a global platform. With the thoughts of generating employment in his hometown, he ignited his passion. Inclined to IT sector and Digital world, he founded his own business in 2011 with the web development and digital marketing company – Osumare.
An immensely grounded person who believes in good karma, Umesh Ahirrao bears strong principles and is a strong believer of “Abhi nahi to kabhi nahi”.
He is deeply inspired by ‘Mr. Narayan Murty’ – a businessman with ethics and values. Umesh is tremendously touched by his philosophy of life. Umesh, who believes hurdles are the stepping stones to success, is the first generation entrepreneur whose father was a Bank Manager, mother – a house wife and brother working in an IT company. Following – “it’s now or never”, Umesh immediately started his business after MBA with a stand-up idea of an offer and discount portal. The struggles followed him intensely and due to the financial crisis, he could not dove into the market. But his passion never died, he continued to brainstorm and found the services that could help the businesses escalate, and initiated web services. With the mission of ‘100% satisfaction of clients otherwise money back guarantee’, he began delivering high quality projects.
He mentions, “We have always delivered all the projects with 100% client satisfaction and never faced a situation where we have to give back the money to the client, creating a goodwill in the market”
As he hadn’t been doing really well during the initial phase of business, he was always advised to do a better job. Facing the financial crunch, limited business network and many other ups & downs, he constantly waded through the dark waters but his confidence about the scope of digital marketing emerged true! And over a period of time, they expanded to offering branding and digital marketing services. The success touched his feet and rewarded him by making ‘Osumare’ the top rated brand in the market. They are expanding to 6 more cities in India in the next one year and their next target is to grow overseas. ‘Osumare’ has also been appreciated for the contribution to DICCI and has been awarded as the best digital marketing company in India at ‘India Icon Awards 2019’.
