Mr. Gagan Arora, CEO, Vertex Global Service, is a first-generation tech entrepreneur & Boston Consulting Group Certified Business professional. Having an A-Class background of education and working experience in companies like Teleperformance, Targus, and Tech Live Connect did not satisfy this quench of dreams. He always wanted something of his own and possessed an interest in delivering business solutions for companies that drove him to his destiny.
Mr. Arora has been a well-known name in the industry alleys for years, and he has launched “ILC Solutions (USA) & Vertex Global Services (IND) in 2016, which is now one of the fastest-growing Business Optimization Solutions Providers.” His company basically offers a wide range of services, such as Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, Performance Marketing, and Artificial Intelligence, E-Learning & Integrated Digital Solutions.
The journey has never been very smooth for him, but the mantra that he chants kept him going. In 2015, he left a steady job with lots of perks and a handsome salary, then jumped into “the unknown terrain of entrepreneurship to follow his dreams.” In his early trials, his startup failed, but his dedication and ability to start calm in an adverse situation made him the person he is today.

Throughout his journey, he handles his business smartly, and soon after, he was able to expand his business to India, USA, UK & Philippines. Also, it increased his revenue by 100% over the years. He has gained more than 3000 happy clients, transformed his office for employees in the ‘Best Place to Work’ & received awards for; “India’s Best Company in 2020 for Business Consulting, Best Tech Startup, Best Innovative Tech company; and completed multiple international acquisitions during the pandemic.”
The boy who had launched an office for a popular call center with over 3000 employees in Indore now has the biggest startup in the entire city. He is a true inspiration to the youth, his education, and his belief that “winning is about not giving up” kept him going & made him unstoppable. The company promises to be unparalleled and innovative. According to him, “The services offered by us are cost-effective and able to generate ROI for clients in no time. Our application-based business methodologies help us to solve every business problem of clients in a result-oriented way.”
His strong belief in failure & setbacks is indeed motivational. The way he refused to give up even when his startup failed is what is needed to be a leader and entrepreneur. In 2020, he was acknowledged as the CEO of Vertex Global Service & he could not be any prouder. He also did not fail to mention his employees, and it is because of them the company now is one of the greatest amongst others.
