Tarundeep is the owner of “I4 Investor’s”, which is a renowned real estate organization dealing with Chandigarh- Tricity properties along with the by-products of leasing and furnishing. Being in a banking sector never excited him, which made Tarundeep find his calling for entrepreneurship owing to his brilliant business ideas that used to allure him to jump into the mainstream and start something different which society actually needs and is deprived of.
He takes a dose of inspiration from every individual he comes across, but specifically in business, he is in awe of the business strategies of ‘Mr. Honey Katyal’ – ‘M.D. of Investor’s Clinic’, which is a sheer institute to study. He is immensely inspired by ‘Mr. Prateek Mittal’ – the director of ‘Sushma Builder’s, who has always taught him some good lessons of trade.
Tarundeep describes struggles as an inseparable part of one’s life just like blood in the body.
“If you make friends with struggles, the journey becomes easy. I never let any problem dominate me”, shares the real estate curator.
Leaving his well paying job at the peak of his career had been a difficult choice to make but the urge of trying something new always been colossal.
“It was the biggest challenge in my life carrying lots of uncertainties as sometimes trying your hands on something new ‘hits’ and sometimes it ‘misses’. But I tremendously believe in trying my luck by taking gross risks as- ‘more the risk, the more the profit”, says Tarundeep.
The Pathankot based businessman iterates,” According to me, there is no recession in the market if you trigger the operational activities well for your organization. I, along with my team immensely focus on sale operations so that everything goes well for us”.

His uniqueness could be witnessed from his philosophy, “I consider myself as a part of the crowd but standing tall with an optimistic mind that accelerates me in tough times”.
