The story of a young man from New Delhi is motivating people to be a better self
Kindness and selflessness are the two major virtues of being human. Not all possess these traits. Not all the possessed would be able to serve it. Avinash Kumar, the owner and founder of Renukiran Welfare Foundation is kindness personified. The organization is located at New Delhi. Avinash is a working professional, who spare his valuable time to help and serve the people around him. His urge to do these services was to unravel the problems which creates an imbalance in the society. These imbalances are most affected to the people on the lower strata.
Avinash Kumar started his organization on 25th October 2018, and currently have branches in both New Delhi and Bangalore. The objective of this organization is to provide all deserving opportunities to the weaker and underprivileged women and children. They focus on giving free education to the children from slums and outskirts of the city who are either denied or have no access to education. And furthermore they provide skill training for women with different skills to empower them and to make them financially independent.
The motto for a change.
Everyone deserves to have a better standard of living. Their organization solves the lack of quality education for the underprivileged and gives them aid to live a better life by providing financial assistance as well.
The backbone of the organization is the well-educated and dedicated volunteers in their team. Their commendable willingness and passion to bring a change in the society is a major aspect which keeps the organization move forward successfully. The organization also focus on providing basic education and old age literacy, skill development and leadership training, improving livelihood and making individual self-reliant.
“The future prospect of Renukiran Organization is to expand the geographical span and hence to deliver our services to more and more people who deserve to have a better life in this world. ‘’- he said.
The future holds goodness.
As a human, Avinash had always in him, the instinct to teach. He used his intrinsic teacher in him for the service instead of being a professional. Initially, he started doing what he loved as an individual, and later people of the same interest came forward lending out helping hands and services. And later they flourished as an organization.
The most selfless person Avinash had ever seen was his mother. And therefore she had been his biggest inspiration to serve others selflessly. He lost his mother to cancer in 2009.
Attaining the trust of people who were on the lower strata of the society was the crucial juncture in their journey. They were the people who deserved to live a better life. So Avinash and his team had to work hard for gaining their trust. Since their motive was pure and genuine they gained the trust of people and together they took a step forward.
Choosing the path of servicing had taught Avinash a major lesson in his life. Helping out and lending a hand for the needy is the real joy in life. So, anyone who wants to create a change in the society can do it without having financial assistance. All he needs to have is a good intention to bring the change. Avinash is not an entrepreneur who wants to earn profit. He is a human who works for other humans selflessly.
