This is how PDP Architects placed the stepping stones to build their dream into reality

Creativity, intelligence and, inspiration is obviously a perfect trio combination, just like the young and talented directors and owners of PDP Architects, Ar. Pratik Surana, Ar. Darshan Sancheti, Ar. Pram it Burad. The trio studied together in the school of Architect and shared the same design philosophy and vision. They jointly put forward the idea of establishing a design firm in the year 2015. These passionate architects proved their talent through creative and high-end designs and became instant trendsetters in the designing field.
PDPA creates each and every design with exceptional care and detailing. And attention is given in including all the 15 designers to the project to discuss the possibilities for getting the best and unique ideas and to incorporate them into the work without compromising the quality. The rapidly growing diverse portfolio of projects includes mixed use developments, adaptive-reuse projects, housing, corporate offices, malls, retail outlets, resorts, restaurants, furniture and even product and graphic designs. Our profession entitles us with a power and opportunity to create unique, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

“We shape our buildings and afterwards our buildings shape us”- These words by Winston Churchill inspired the trio to pursue their dream. Their dream to help others to build what they plan into reality. Because the space we live or work can influence our mind and behavior. And it reflects on our overall performance. Architects are the one who sees and fathom even the trivial things and detailing which are unseen by others. They beautifully incorporate the clients’ needs and necessities into the design by giving primacy to both aesthetics and functionality. This is what PDPA focus more on.

“The perks of being in design industry is the freedom and flexibility it gives unlike a 9-5 job where people have to stick on to a strict time regime and dress code” — PDPA team added with enthusiasm.

Being in a profession where competition is really tight was challenging for the team. Fighting the stereotypes and clichés, bridging a generation gap, keeping up with changing trends, etc. were and still are the real struggles. Designers and architect firms are budding up like mushrooms everywhere. It is hard to find a position on the top where a lot of other architects values high speed and low cost over design and efficiency. The reason PDP Architects standout head high is how their dedication and creativity meet up to clients’ expectations without splurging. It is a story of effort and struggle against improbabilities and skepticism.
Their advice for the budding designers is to figure things out with great patience. Because once someone realizes what they want in their life, they would strive to understand and learn how to make it happen. Through hard work and enthusiasm anything could be made possible.
The trio, Rafael Aranda, Carme Pigem and Ramon Vilalta is their Professional inspirations. The team firmly believes in improvements that happen on an everyday basis. The improvements that reflect on both personal and professional life. That itself is their future prospect. The inevitable shifts and growths we all need for the better.
