Conversational automation unicorn Uniphore has raised $260 million (approximately ₹2,279 crore) in its Series F funding round to accelerate innovation and enhance its AI and data platform — Business AI Cloud. The latest funding round reinforces Uniphore’s position as a global leader in conversational AI, automation, and customer experience technology, while maintaining its valuation at $2.5 billion, the same as when it first achieved unicorn status in February 2022.
