Mr. Dhaval Jobanputra – Founder, Brilliant Community College
With a dream of being an entrepreneur, young and talented Dhaval Jobanputra, is successfully steering his educational venture in Jamnagar and thereby went on to expand it to Vapi. At an age of 33 when most of the youths are busy pursuing higher studies, Dhaval is all set to take Brilliant Community College to the next level by providing quality education. Established in 2012, Dhaval’s institute takes pride in solving the large skilled manpower requirement of the industry. Since inception Brilliant Community College is imparting knowledge and professional training to aspirants who wants to upgrade their career path.
As a smart, hardworking, highly motivated, dedicated and passionate professional, Dhaval Jobanputra, was quick to be on the driver’s seat to drive the company’s growth and thereby making it one of the most admired brand in the field of education and distance learning. He believes in team work and always keeps his workforce motivated and happy. It’s because of this great bonding among his employees that gained trust among students too. Taking inspiration from Dhirubhai Ambani, this young entrepreneur wants to conquer the world and think big and do better for the society.
Started as early at an age of 27 years, Dhaval considers himself to be lucky. Without any business background or help from family he climbed the ladder of success by his sheer power of determination and persistence. His MBA course taught him to remain strong and fight all odds and that’s how he has groomed himself and emerged stronger from every difficult situation. When asked about all the ingredients that went into build his successful venture, he mentions
“Self-confidence, pleasing personality, positive attitude, well maintained infrastructure and regular flow of funds made my institute reach to new heights every now and then.”
For Dhaval, this entrepreneurial expedition wouldn’t have successful had there not been any family support. His family had always been there through thick and thin and helped him during those hard times. It is also those enthusiastic students which gave him the inner kick to continue in this field of imparting professional training and education. As a successful entrepreneur he has some word of advice to the newbies, he states
“Business is a kind of responsibility towards your team, family and society. Planning, motivation and goal are key factors, and balancing it all together will always help you to succeed.”
Being recipient of several awards and accolades do encourage him to push himself to the perfection. As an ISO 9001:2008 certified institute and authorized study centre of Karnataka State Open University, Brilliant Community college won the 2014 award for Best Education Institute in India.
