Days after acquiring Kerala-based robotics startup Asimov Robotics, Zoho Corporation, a global SaaS leader, has taken another major leap in artificial intelligence. The company has launched a new suite of AI products, including a powerful large language model (LLM) named Zia LLM, designed to empower businesses with easy integration, customizable AI agents, and end-to-end automation.
This move marks a strategic push by Zoho to further strengthen its AI capabilities and offer more intelligent tools across its enterprise software ecosystem.

ToggleAccording to a company statement, the newly launched Zia LLM is built to handle a range of complex tasks such as structured data extraction, document summarisation, content generation, and code writing. What sets Zia LLM apart is its custom training for business-specific use cases, enabling more accurate and context-aware results across Zoho’s suite of applications.
The LLM is powered by NVIDIA’s AI accelerated computing platform, ensuring high performance, fast inference, and scalability. Zoho emphasized that data privacy and governance remain core principles of the model’s architecture. Unlike many AI platforms that rely on external cloud infrastructure, Zoho’s model runs on Zoho-owned servers, allowing users to keep sensitive business data secure and compliant.
Zoho CEO Mani Vembu shared more details on the strategy behind the launch, stating,
“Our LLM model is trained specifically for business use cases, keeping privacy and governance at its core. This has resulted in lowering the inference cost, passing on that value to the customers, while also ensuring that they are able to utilise AI productively and efficiently.”
This customer-centric approach aligns with Zoho’s broader philosophy of providing powerful enterprise tools at an affordable cost without compromising on privacy or functionality.
One of the key highlights of Zoho’s new AI suite is its plug-and-play integration, allowing businesses to easily incorporate the new AI tools into their existing workflows. With customizable AI agents, businesses can now automate customer support, data processing, lead generation, and a wide variety of repetitive tasks without the need for deep technical expertise.
These agents are configurable across multiple Zoho platforms such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, and more—enabling businesses to create tailored experiences for both employees and customers.
The launch of Zoho’s AI suite closely follows its recent acquisition of Asimov Robotics, signaling the company’s growing interest in integrating AI and robotics. This dual-focus approach points to Zoho’s vision of building intelligent, automated ecosystems that combine software intelligence with physical automation.
With the launch of Zia LLM and its new AI suite, Zoho is positioning itself as a major player in the AI-driven business automation space. By focusing on customization, affordability, and privacy, Zoho offers a compelling alternative for businesses seeking intelligent solutions without the risks often associated with third-party AI platforms. As AI adoption accelerates across industries, Zoho’s innovation-driven roadmap could play a crucial role in shaping the future of enterprise software.
