Recalling the events of ingraining passion for teaching, Aswini says,”It had been my privilege to teach experienced professionals over the weekends at an age of 23 while I was working in Gurgaon. I used to be carried away with the deed of imparting knowledge to others, which also inspired me to commence a full time profession which I loved the most”. She has been training thousands of Professionals globally for CFA, FRM, CA and Financial Modeling.
Backed with the right support system and her relentless drive to do more, her decision of venturing into the area of Finance & Management had been a natural fit. Many people rallied in support for her during different phases of life and mentored her in becoming a better version of herself with every passing day.
She immensely admires ‘Ratan Tata’ and ‘E. Sreedharan’ for their strong value system and work ethics. She is an exceptional believer and follower of the saying “You are the sum of books you read and the people you surround yourself with”.
Fortunate for not having to face extreme situations in life, Aswini shares gratitude to her exceptionally supportive and protective family; but enumerates a rough patch of quitting her comfortable & well paying corporate job, that too at the time when she wasn’t doing finally well; to zealously embark on her journey to become a Trainer, Faculty and Consultant.

Though every individual is unique in one way or the other, Aswini believes in improving herself daily by working hard, keeping a strong value system, and believes that her attachment to students and team fosters her unique traits.
Her vast experience as a Corporate Trainer at Grasim, TATA Interactive Systems, Century Ply, AIITA, AUM Capital, Quaker Chemicals, Volvo-Eicher Motor (VECV), marks her astonishing career graph. Awarded with ‘Best Finance Trainer in India’ by ‘India Education Awards, 2019’, Aswini Bajaj, who has been invited as a Chief Guest for Republic Day at ‘St. Xavier’s Collegiate School, Kolkata’ and covered by ‘Business Standard’ for a lecture in Mumbai, aspires to generate employment in her home town- Kolkata.
