Emotional and mental health is an intricate part of life, and the perpetrator of spiritual health, Anshul Sunil Bafna believes the same. Now, a renowned business psychologist, personality profiler, and chartered marketer have gained reputation for being a Modern Monk due to her creative approaches and hypnotherapeutic skills.
Founder of Searchlight, Soul School, she began her journey into the psychic and spiritual realm at the age of 11. With a mindset to be able to help others heal, she wanted to become a doctor. But less do we all know what fate has in hand for us. Her interest settled with magnanimity of the profound aspects of the universe and its calling, and she knew that her purpose was bigger than she deemed it to be.

“Slowly, being highly intuitive and psychic from a very young age, I began understanding soul journeys, and many experiences and people came the way that helped me uncover subtle yet profound aspects of life and universal functioning.”

Now, her expertise isn’t restricted to one spectrum but reaches far and wide into the spheres of psychology, life blueprints, emotional intelligence, healing, mind transformation, leadership, stress management, neuro-linguistic programming, work-life balance, and karmic cleansing.
She has worked in the department of psychology with various renowned universities, including the University of Westminster in London.

“I wanted to blend my business studies and my life purpose (spiritual awakening) and find a way to reach corporates, schools, and individuals that made me find a niche and be called as Business Psychologist & a Spiritual Coach.”

Her inspiration lies amid many epiphanies about saints and gods along the way. She doesn’t believe in clinging on to false identities, but finding what percolates them originates them from the abyss of thoughts.
Naturally, her chosen field has led to multiple debates with people who do not understand the realms of spiritual awakening, but her ability to blend modernization with spiritualization has helped those around her have better clarity on the subject, about its necessity and development.
Anshul Bafna was often not understood for having chosen a field solely based on abstractions and was the apple among oranges, but it requires strength and determination not to let external circumstances intervene with your calling of the soul, and she mindfully laid out the path she thought was meant for her. Being a risk-taker has often put her in compromising positions, but due to her belief in herself and her decisions, she has always managed to get herself out of them.
The most charismatic of her qualities is she does not seek an established identity in a corporate market space. That taints the realm of spirituality with its avaricious temper, and being content and happy with what one does is the most underrated aspect of human life.

“I am a medium of helping people awaken to their true self, through modern and Vedic ways, through business, psychology, mind transformations, healing which all leads to individual spiritual development at the end.”

Her work principle constitutes of three pioneered idiosyncrasies – breaking the belief system, re-igniting love and forgiveness in all, and helping people work their way towards acceptance. In order to maintain this journey of self-development, she has done her fair bit by reaching out to various organizations and corporate franchises, schools and seminars to spread this message of exploration.
She has received various accolades in her honor including the India Icon 2019 award as – Most Impactful Business Spiritual Coach” in Bangalore, Transformation Leader of the year by WEFT 2019, in Bangalore, Nari Shakti Awards, as one of 51 most influential women in Pune- a Brijbhoomi initiative by Hema Malini and PIFA AWARDS 2018 Mumbai – winner ’Spiritual Coaching and trainer Award’.

“I can think of only one thing that I feel that can make me unique is the quality of “surrendering to nature/universe” through which I let the god who resides in me take control.”

“You and I are no different from one another, yet you are as unique as I am!” she says in an interview. Her ability to understand the cosmic functions, its purity, and abundance have led her to see the inhumanity that most foresee.
