Abhisha, Founder of Tinsel Diaries- Party Box
Mother to an 8 year old, based in Chennai, having come a long way from struggling with her own experiences of party planning for her son’s birthday, today, Abhisha is an established name in the Chennai circuit of the event planning and management business. An event stylist by passion and profession, Abhisha founded Tinsel Diaries- Party Box to fulfill her creative interests.
Abhisha came across a dearth of planners into themed designer birthdays and baby showers. Thereafter to strengthen her belief, Abhisha conducted a survey and found that her thought, was in fact a reality. Apart from the dearth of such planners, the fact was that most people try and manage their own events, but in the process, they tend to miss out on the opportunity to actually enjoy these very events which are meant to be enjoyed. Tinsel Diaries- Party Box allows its clients to do exactly that. Giving the clients plenty of time to relax and experience the joy of their own event along with their family, friends, relatives and guests; while leaving the job, to those who know it best. Today, 5 years into business, Abhisha is in no way looking back and continues to strive forward adding more accolades and carries out a successful event management firm which specializes in theme-based events from birthday parties, to baby showers and even weddings.
Learning from experiences from her own life, Abhisha was quick to grasp the opportunity and found the perfect way of giving justice to her talents. But the road to her entrepreneurial journey wasn’t exactly a cake walk. Starting out, was the easy part, thereafter, right from delayed or cancelled flights on the day of the event, to surprising rains at an outdoor party, Party Box has overcome every situation and continues to strive to deliver nothing but the best.
With the belief that “every rose has it’s thorns” and a staunch believer of “No pain, No gain”, Abhisha carries out life and business with a smile across her face and taking challenges in her stride. Armed with patience and gratitude in any situation, Abhisha does the job of leading by example and inspiring others to also find their potential and working towards to their goal, to the tea. Having put together a dedicated team and make them all fruitful in their jobs, Abhisha, very rightly so, has been awarded at the India Leadership Awards 2019 for Best Woman Enterpreneur in Events and Décor.
