Ms. Ruhi Agrawal – Owner, Embrooh International Pre-school Daycare Activity Centre
Being recognised as the ‘Female Entrepreneur of the year’ with net worth of above 10 Cr, this educationalist from Bhilai is a serial entrepreneur whose success story should inspire the youths and future business leaders. With a professional career spanning over twelve years, Ruhi Agrawal, has donned several hats before jumping into the entrepreneurial adventure. She has been a dynamic business leader throughout, with great experience in running schools and educational establishments.
Education is the foundation of our society and to make it strong, one needs to impart quality education to the kids of this country. Ruhi believes that through her venture, she is giving back to the society. And by making education affordable and reachable to the masses, she is not only being considered as a model businesswoman but also a true philanthropist.
A complete family person, Ruhi is indebted to her father, Vijay Ji Agrawal, who has inspired her to get the basics right. It’s her mother, Rita Ji Agrawal, who gave her wings while her daughter, Nirvana, inspired her to fly. Her sister, Mrs Mini Bansal, guided her to be a thorough hard worker. It’s by virtue of this family support, she could sail through the rough waves of entrepreneurial expedition.
Ruhi has been Owner of Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Raipur, besides being director of Satyam Catering Pvt Ltd. She had been Director of Shloka Birla High School from 2015 to 2019 across Bhilai and Raipur. Yet she invested her time, energy and experience to open up her own venture in order to serve the society. Every success story has its share of struggle in the background, but Ruhi feels “I look at those struggles as the opportunities for my growth. Problem is never a problem, if you can find a solution for the same.”
Opening up this Pre-school and daycare is completely situational. It was because her daughter who returned from Dubai at the age of two, couldn’t find a pre-school in Bhilai, prompted her to get into this segment and serve the children of Bhilai with quality education that’s fun and informative. As a person, Ruhi is a lifelong learner and can adapt to any kind of situation easily. Probably that’s what gives her that extra zing in her entrepreneurial characteristics. She believes, God is being kind to her and given her every strength to fight all adversities. However, whatever she does, she puts in her 100% hard work and dedication.
Even though it’s not easy to manage family and business altogether, yet she has bagged many Leadership awards in the field of education and innovation. Being from a small town, she rightly uses her talent, resource and energy to be an achiever in the world of entrepreneurship. And her story will always be an inspiration to others, who want to make it big in the education segment. Educating a child always brings in inner happiness and sooths the soul, which no other venture would provide.
