Following the traditional route of getting a job just after completing education, was not Avinash’s vision, as he desired to fulfill his dreams. With roots from a middle class family and background in the IT sector, he followed the non-conventional path, on the contrary to every parent’s wish of having a standard life for their children. Though he incepted a small business along with few of his friends, which didn’t last long but he went on collecting rich experiences through a mix of corporate jobs, he was getting at the moment. He looked at these challenges as opportunities and his hunger for experiences never died, which didn’t let him refuse any work proposal. His credible venture “Innovative Techhub” has now been recognized for its quality of service and customer satisfaction.
The young entrepreneur went on learning certain aspects that he assumed will help him in the long run. Moving ahead with his versatile job profiles, in the year 2015, he joined a partnership company, with a desire to transform it into a flourishing business. He is an aspiring entrepreneur who credits his team’s dedication for 3 successful years of “Innovative Techhub” and looks forward to ensure quality services to masses.
Avinash hails from Pune, the IT hub, which inspired him to build a remarkable career in the IT industry. After encountering with numerous service providers that deliver vast set of average quality services at extravagant prices, the Innovative Tech-Expert put forward better services in the market. Being more customer centric and cost sensitive, “I knew that the IT sector was the best choice to prove myself and create dynamic opportunities here”, discloses Avinash.
Losing his father at the tender age of 20, Avinash faced many struggles, which only made him strong with time. “Being the only one to support and lead my family, I had a lot of responsibilities since then…”, he recalls. Flipping from business to job and again trying his luck in business, was not easy as finances had always been a challenge for him, but his firm faith, dedication and cool mind favored him in taking right decisions which eventually bestowed him with right conclusions.
Avinash believes that business is all about risk and if he hadn’t been more accepting of taking these risks, he would have been working for someone today. Nothing was served to him on a silver platter. He describes his share of challenges and struggles related to engaging with partners and maintaining stocks at huge investments, which had always been a risk for a person like him, who doesn’t belong to a family known by their forefathers’.
Venturing into the IT industry had always been his plan. Avinash trusted his insights and experiences to find the right product partners providing cost effective quality services. He discloses his formula of establishing extensive clientele, “Understanding various customers’ investment capabilities and solution expectations”. “It helped me to define the market categorization and targeting them with the help of my expert teams”, he says.
His unique personality is dictated from his belief, “Uniqueness is all about not following or copying someone”. Avinash further adds, “I try to be myself, follow my way and ethics to get things done in a simple manner”.
