WinZO Games, a Delhi NCR-based online gaming startup founded by Paavan Nanda and Saumya Singh Rathore in 2018, has been making waves in the Indian gaming industry with its remarkable growth trajectory. The company’s recent financial report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023 (FY23), reveals staggering figures, showcasing its meteoric rise and significant impact on the online gaming landscape.

In FY23, WinZO Games witnessed a phenomenal surge in revenue, with a nearly threefold increase to INR 673.94 crore compared to INR 233.89 crore recorded in the previous fiscal year. The substantial rise in revenue was further bolstered by other income, resulting in a total revenue of INR 690.71 crore during FY23, marking a significant 2.8x increase from INR 244.8 crore in FY22. Despite the remarkable revenue growth, WinZO Games also reported a notable increase in net loss, which surged 1.9x to INR 710.15 crore in FY23 compared to INR 370.1 crore in the previous fiscal year. While the surge in net loss may raise concerns, it is important to contextualize this figure within the broader framework of the company’s growth strategy and investment priorities.
