Indra Nooyi is her inspiration. She is deeply enchanted by her ideological approach, her favourite quote of hers is, “I am very honest, brutally honest”. Her thoughts on life inspire her to be honest with her work because this is the only way she can make it big in the industry as an entrepreneur and a woman as well. To her, Nooyi is the epitome of a perfectly balanced leader and she has so much more to learn from her.
Being the daughter of the very established parents, her life was quite literally shaped in her childhood. She inherited the same self- independent and goal achieving qualities from her parents which led her to live her life with such a free spirit.
